"Out of contract and plagued by calf, ankle and hamstring injuries for the past three years, I was written off. ProActive Performance's out-season programme was all about movement quality and speed. My tests show I am stronger, faster and ready to impress at pre-season."

Elite Golf Performance

With the current trend of longer, wider fairways, golfers must drive long to remain competitive. Sustaining this for 72 holes over three days demands a higher level of athleticism than was previously required to succeed in professional golf.

Pro:Active Performance delivers player specific golf training programmes for small groups and individuals. Each golfer is assessed to identify what physical competency is limiting their performance or causing injury, and is given expert help to bridge that gap.

Through our work with European Tour golfers we know that a sound athletic foundation is paramount to improve your skills and tactical game. Our results speak for themselves.

"I had three serious injuries in the space of 12 months and felt that my training was not helping my golf and may have contributed to my injuries. Since working with Rob I have noticed a huge difference in my physical appearance and also my body’s condition at the end of a tournament. Before I would fatigue, but now I feel as strong on the last green, as on the first. I have also been injury free for the whole duration of my time with Rob."

"If this type of comprehensive speed and movement training had been available when I was playing I would have been on it in a flash, looking to get an edge when I come back for preseason."
